With your explicit consent, we may use your phonebook and contacts to help you connect with users who are also using our app. We do not use this information for any other purpose. Your location data is only used within the app and is not shared with third parties without your consent. We may request access to your SMS and call-related data to to help you connect with users who are also using our app. We request permission to access your device's camera and photos to enable you to upload and scan QR code within the app. We do not access your camera or photos without your explicit action.

Jainam Earth obtained from Apple App Store or Google Play, we do not share any user Contact Information. Please note that no other contact information other than the phone numbers and thereto attached names searched or entered by You will be collected and used from Your address book. Other information that maybe contained in Your address book will be filtered away and not be collected by Us.
Communications:
When You use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
Log File Information Collected and Stored Automatically:
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. All content posted by you becomes the property of JSCPL and you agree to grant / assign the royalty free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

Refund Policy:
Refund Terms of Payment mode through paymnet Gateway for account opening or any other services availed from Jaianm:
Fees paid towards account opening or for any other services through the payment gateway shall not be refunded unless the account of customer debit multiple times with excess amount for a single transaction due to technical error. In such a case, excess amount excluding payment gateway charges would be refunded to the Customer.
In case Account Opening Process do not complete within 10 days from the date of receipt of all the required documents and authorisation from your end, you may request refund for full amount paid by you toward account opening.
Refund Application
The customer require to contact our Customer helpdesk for refund along with Transaction Number, date of payment and any payment receipt, if any.
After receipt of required proof, we will initiate required procedure to refund your
